Refunds & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org. As well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If it is not the seller's fault, then the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer
There's a 15% restocking fee if the return is not due to our error or received a defective product.
If the product is faulty or damaged, the customer needs to take pictures in time, describe the problems encountered in detail, and send them back to us in the form of pictures or videos. If the customer is unwilling, the product can be returned to us, our technicians will check the product if the returned product is a result of our error or received a defective product. we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Note: Please make sure the returned product contains all accessories
(shipping with a standard post only, shipping fees shall not exceed US$30)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you need to exchange your order before it is shipped, please contact our customer service and we will handle it for you
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
PS: If a customer needs a refund for any reason, you must send the product back and we will refund you within three days after we receive the product back and test it.
