AA&CP offers in-car wireless phone charging on the new BMW 3 Series G20 and BMW 4 Series G22 G23 (Left diving only). It's a non-destructive device integrated with an NFC card key slot, just plug-and-play.

The product exceeded all expectations, for those who have a series 3, G20, without induction charger.
While this is not cheap, it fits perfectly on my G20 2021 330e, it almost looks OEM until you touch the plastic (then it's clear that is of lower quality than the surrounding one in the cup holder area). It charges the phone fast and the on/off buttons, the quickcharge USB instead of the 12V connector and the (very silent) fan to cool the phone are great details.
