Good product, sometimes it doesn’t connect but if you unplug it and plug it in again it usually connects. Can’t seem to get the Netflix app to work properly though. Lucky I’m driving and not watching movies.

Nice device, worked, then after Google finished downloading everything, the device got locked and can't access it, contained customer service by email, unfortunately no one answered me..
After sales service is more important than sales..

Could not connect to my Lexus ES 350

I was very excited to order and receive the AA Carplay device to connect my Android Auto to the Apple CarPlay on my auto. I read the directions several times and spend over 2 hours during multiple sessions to try to get it to connect to the internet. It did connect to the car but no internet connection. I tried and tried. I tried to contact AACarplay using the phone number provided and ther was no answer (24 hour service advertised). I also tried during the work hours in home China time zone and still no answer. I tried sending email and only after 2 tried received a response with more directions which did not work. Finally after several emails they have me instructions to send back (no info on packaging for return address). I took to post office and sent back to China for a $79 fee. I received a notice that my $199 purchase price was credited to my credit card (I received a credit message but did not yet check credit card statement). The entire process was disappointing, expensive $79 return postage cost, and time consuming. It could be a user issue (me) but I am a retired CIO and tried my best to get internet connection on the device. So very sad. Wanted to share my experience and hope others have a good result. I liked the display interface on my Lexus display (that worked) but could not get the internet to connect.
